How To Prepare:
One teaspoon per cup of water. Add into a tea cup, disposable tea bag, tea infuser/strainer, or tea kettle.
Filtered water is recommended for BEST taste.

Hot brew: steep for 3-6 minutes
Cold brew:steep for 6-12 hours
